violets for violet

when a very good friend had a baby girl named violet, i knew whatever i made her had to be floral and purple.

i turned to godmother of floral fabric: liberty of london. i used this purple and blue version of the betsy tawna cotton lawn from etsy to make an oliver + s 2 plus 2 blouse.
