here is one thing I learned about wedding planning: once you decide on a venue and guest count the amount of money you are going to spend is pretty much set. but while you can't save money you can get more for your money.
when I first moved to California in the fall of 2013 the drought was big news, so one of my first acts of gardening was planting six lavender plants, which are notoriously drought tolerant.
Maybe it's the election results or our recent binge watching of walking dead but these days I've been thinking a lot about my apocalypse plan.
