everyone meet talia danielle kempner lamond!
our talia, or tali as we’ve taken to calling her, made her grand debut on may 1st 2023 at 3:23 pm and has the bluest eyes you ever did see.
determined to be unique, our girl was born “en caul” or completely in her amniotic sac. these “mermaid births” are apparently very rare, especially for non cesarean deliveries. many cultures consider them to be very lucky and that babies born this way will be especially skilled or gifted around water. i’ve decided it means i can buy all the sea creature things for my little mermaid baby.
jude is absolutely smitten with “his” baby and being a big brother.
we’re all happy, healthy, and loving life as a family of four!
